自适应约束下的双边全变差正则化超分辨率重建

在经典的双边全变差(BTV)超分辨率重建中,加权系数和正则化参数的恒定性导致重建结果边缘保持能力受限。为此,提出了一种自适应约束的BTV正则化先验模型。算法首先定义了图像的局部邻域残差均值以区分当前像素属于平坦区域还是边缘区域;然后针对加权系数的不变性导致边缘削弱的问题,利用边缘方向和垂直边缘方向扩散性的不同,设计自适应权重矩阵;最后根据代价函数的极值问题推导出迭代公式,从而进行图像的超分辨率重建,重建过程中采用自适应的方法确定正则化参数,以便求得代价函数的全局最优解,提高了算法的鲁棒性。实验结果表明：与双三次线性插值法和经典BTV算法相比,该算法取得了更好的视觉效果和更高的峰值信噪比,更多地保留了图像的边缘细节信息。     

Vertical Product Differentiation and Advertising

A duopoly model is developed in which firms' strategic variables include brand quality, the number of distinct market segments to enter and price. Informative advertising is used to overcome consumer ignorance about brands. In contrast to many existing models in which firms engage in price competition, the subgame perfect equilibria of the game are not characterised by the production of vertically differentiated products. Further, whilst the firms typically produce identical high quality products, in some circumstances the production of homogeneous low quality brands can be an equilibrium strategy.

传输线间互感系数计算的探讨

随着高校转型步伐的稳步推进,教学方法及教学内容的改革是一个非常重要的方面。电磁场中一些抽象的理论教学,应化抽象为形象,某些教学内容如求自感中磁通的计算等应适当增加一些形象的补充说明和推导过程,锻炼学生的思维、增强解决问题和应用知识的能力,现从电场线的特点和磁通的定义出发,化抽象为形象,给出传输线间互感系数的计算过程。     

基于扩散张量的图像混合去噪方法

图像去噪过程中,主要目的是有效去除噪声的同时能较好地保存图像的边缘与细节。基于此,本文根据自蛇模型与相干增强扩散的特征,提出了相应的混合去噪方法,并加入了保真项。实验结果表明该方法能有效去除图像噪声,同时对边缘信息的保留也较好。     

Trust Me! I am a European Central Banker

In the aftermath of the financial crisis, the European Central Bank (ECB) has experienced an unprecedented deterioration in the level of trust. This raises the question as to what factors determine trust in central banking. We use a unique cross‐country data set that includes a rich set of socioeconomic characteristics and supplement it with variables meant to reflect a country's macroeconomic condition. We find that besides individual socioeconomic characteristics, macroeconomic conditions play a crucial role in the trust‐building process. Our results suggest that agents are boundedly rational in the trust‐building process and that current ECB market operations may even be beneficial for trust in the ECB in the long run.     

Saving the Euro: Mitigating Financial or Trade Spillovers?

This paper analyzes through what channels the euro crisis affected firms and the efficacy of policies to mitigate the crisis. It analyzes stock price responses for 3,045 nonfinancial firms in 16 countries to four key policy events during 2010–11. Using precrisis benchmarks, it separates financial effects from trade effects and examines how bank and trade linkages propagated shocks. It finds that policy measures affected financially dependent firms more, particularly in creditor countries with greater bank exposure to peripheral euro countries, in statistically and economically significant ways. Trade linkages with peripheral countries played little role, although euro movements meant some differential effects.     

试析中国证券市场T+1交易制度改革

中国证券市场曾经实行过T+0交易制度,由于存在过度投机T+0被取消,进而推出了T+1交易制度。2010年之后,股指期货等金融衍生产品的推出标志着中国证券改革正走向纵深,T+1交易制度已经不再适应中国资本市场的重大变化,特别是光大“8·16”乌龙事件中,机构利用股指期货和ETF变相T+0交易规避风险,市场的公平与效率亟待维护和提升。为此,本文提出在沪深300成分股中率先实行T+0制度的渐次改革原则及其三大理由。
